1.SMT Assembly

12 SMT placement lines can produce either RoHS compliant lead-free assemblies or we can use traditional tin-lead solder in the printed board assembly process. Our circuit boards are assembled with exceptional quality, utilizing the latest technology in surface mount equipment. These machines are capable of placing most modern fine pitch surface mount packages and discrete to 0201 size. For your prototype and low volume needs to high volumes, we are committed to quality and continuous improvement. Our capabilities include automated and detailed visual assembly inspection, cleaning and functional testing.

2.PTH Assembly

STL offers plated-through-hole assembly services for both lead-free and leaded printed circuit board assemblies. Our wave soldering stations support the manufacturing of both Rohs and non-Rohs product. Manual insertion lines can be setup quickly for prototype & low to medium volume PTH assembly. Whilst we will guide you through the quickest possible route to market, we will never allow speed of service to compromise quality.

  3.Test & Inspection

The majority of our existing customers expect us to perform some degree of test to their assembled PCBs, sub-assemblies or completed products. Often this takes the form of a 'Functional Test', i.e. checking the operation of the assembly.
We are happy to accept your propriety test equipment or replicate this as required. Equally well if you wish to provide us with a test specification we can have a customized test kit built for you. We can also work with you to develop your test strategy. Functional tests are performed on in-house test fixtures or customer-supplied test stations and verify that the circuit board meets the customer’s specifications and will work in the final system. We have a full complement of functional test and diagnostic equipment that allows troubleshooting to the component level.

 

4.Cable and Harness Assembly

STL is a one-stop contract manufacturer providing turnkey solutions for our customers in the Shenzhen, China. A leading printed assembly manufacturer, we also have the expertise to provide cable harness assembly and wiring harness assembly services to our customers. Whilst you are having your PCBs manufactured or assembled, we can be producing your cable assemblies at the same time.You can even take it a stage further and allow us to integrate PCB assemblies and cables into a full product build. STL can produce a wide variety of cables & cable harnesses to your specification. Cables with solder terminations, crimp terminals or insulation displacement connections are amongst those manufactured.

  Strive Technology has PCB manufacture services to meet all of your products needs. Our PCB products, services can save your time, reduce design and development costs. Provide us with your design files/gerber files and we will produce your PCBs on-site here in our China manufacturing facility.
You can however simply provide us with a schematic and we will produce the design files for you.

  9.BGA Placement
  We can place advanced components and have the ability to handle BGA assembly including BGA X-ray. STL's capabilities and knowledge to place, solder and inspect advanced SMD’s include:

*Large Connectors (up to 72mm diag.) Throughout the process we monitor the quality of your assembly with such tools as 2-½D paste inspection, BGA X-ray inspection, BGA microscope inspection (to monitor BGA soldering quality) and AOI inspection.
  BGA mounting technology allows parts to be assembled on the PCB, which could not be mounted using another technology due to their size or complicated pin-out.
The most common IC methods are QFP (Quad Flat Package), TQFP (Thin Quad Flat Package), QFJ (Quad Flat J-leaded package) and BGA (Ball Grid Array). There is a significant difference between BGA and QFP technology, as at BGA the outputs of the components placed the bottom of the part.
The main disadvantage of the BGA technology is the fact that analyzing the faults and repairing them has become more complicated as the soldering point are hidden and can only be inspected using x-ray tests.
